1. Who you are buying from
Vignette Slovakia is operated by Netgo sp. z o.o. (Katowice, Poland). We are an independent intermediary, not a reseller — we are not affiliated with the Slovak government or with NDS. The digital vignette itself is issued directly by Národná diaľničná spoločnosť, a.s. (NDS — the National Motorway Company) through its official system, eznamka.sk. Based on the power of attorney you grant us at checkout, we submit your registration to NDS on your behalf, verify your data beforehand, and forward NDS's confirmation to you by e-mail.
2. What product you are buying
The Slovak e-vignette is a digital vignette for using the designated sections of Slovak motorways and expressways with vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes (and with passenger cars of category M1 regardless of weight). You choose the vehicle category — car (vehicle up to 3.5 t / M1) or trailer — and the period: 1 day, 10 days, 30 days or 1 year (NDS's 365-day vignette). A trailer needs its own vignette only when the total maximum permissible weight of the combination exceeds 3.5 tonnes; motorcycles need no vignette. The start date you select is the first day of validity, and the vignette is valid until 23:59 on its last day: the 1-day vignette on the chosen calendar day only, the 10-day vignette on the start day and the following 9 days, the 30-day vignette on the start day and the following 29 days, and the annual vignette for 365 days including the start day — it is not tied to the calendar year. A vignette that starts on the day of your order becomes valid only once it has been registered — never retroactively. The registration is tied to the licence plate number and country of registration you enter.

We quote no amounts on this page: the Government Fee depends on the vehicle category and period and may change, as may our own fees. The amounts that apply to your order — the Government Fee, the Processing Fee and, if selected, the Express fee — are each shown separately in the price list on the site and in the order summary before payment.
4. When you can get a refund — and when you can't

5. Immediate performance — what you are agreeing to
Most customers want their vignette registered as soon as possible. By ticking the consent checkboxes and completing payment, you are explicitly asking us to begin registering your vignette with NDS immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire — and you acknowledge that, once that registration is complete, you lose the right to withdraw from it. This is a standard, legally required trade-off for any digital service delivered instantly, and it is why the Slovak e-vignette has no general cooling-off period once it is active.
